What is QR Self Check-in?
Every confirmed appointment gets its own unique, single-use QR code linking to a public self check-in page. Patients scan on arrival — or use a link sent ahead of the visit — to confirm they've arrived, moving the appointment straight into the waiting queue without a receptionist touching the record.
Check-in is validated automatically: cancelled, unconfirmed or wrong-day attempts are rejected with a clear message instead of silently failing. Every appointment also records whether it was checked in manually at the desk or via QR, for front-desk reporting.
