Configure your Common Calender Objects and related information based on your requirements.
Add Objects for whcih records should be synced and related fields.
Access management: you can allow access of common calender to selected users by allowing this new access. User having configuration access will be able to do all configurations of common calender.
Based on Configurations Automatically generated common calender. This will be synced every 5 minute with original records.
