How It Works
Configure the activities
Create the activities repeated every day and choose how each one is recorded: done/not done, a measured value with its unit, a predefined option or a free text.
Group them in a template
Build the daily routine once, set the target of every activity and decide how often the routine has to be repeated.
Assign it on the admission
Select the routines on the hospitalization of the patient and generate the chart of the day, or of a whole period, in one click.
Record and follow up
The nurse records the result of every activity, adds the notes of the day and closes it. The chart of the next day is created automatically.
