A document management system (DMS) is a system (based on computer programs in the case of the management of digital documents) used to track, manage and store documents and reduce paper.

 In default Odoo we don't have any DMS so we provide simple and very useful functionality to manage your employee documents by this custom module.

Documents on Employee View

HR Managers will have tab to manage documents directly on employee form view. They will have image iew also if document is in form of image. Other users can open related documents from the action as shown in image.

Employee Document Views

Manage your documents with all necessary details as shown in form and list views. List view also gives required details. You can download document from list and form views.

Odoo Document Management System

Just install this module to get Employee Document Management Functionality. Not any extra configurations required.
