Users simply click a "Start" button when they begin work on a task and a "Stop" button when they finish or pause. This action automatically generates an accurate timesheet entry, ensuring no billable time is missed.
Dedicated Start/Stop buttons are added to the Task form view, along with a real-time timer displaying the duration of active work.
Users can easily edit the timesheet entry description manually, or pre-define it using a special field on the task.
The system captures both the start and stop times for clear work tracking.
For enhanced user convenience, Start/Stop buttons are also available directly on the Kanban view.
To prevent errors and ensure accurate time logging, this module enforces that users can only start work on one task at a time.
They must stop the current running task before starting another.
