What is Mechtrace?
Mechtrace is a two-sided field-service app — one side for customers, one for technicians — built to manage equipment servicing from request to resolution.
Customers raise service tickets, track assigned technicians and rate the service afterwards. Technicians see their job queue, log service reports, and upload before/after photos and videos for every visit. The platform also supports Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), DIY troubleshooting videos for minor issues, and an in-app store for ordering spare parts.
