What Does This Module Do?
This module automatically includes your products’ documents – images, brochures, spec sheets, or any other attachment – when you email a Sale Order or quotation from Odoo. You attach the relevant files to each product once, and from then on, whenever a sales proposal containing those products is emailed using the right mail template, the attachments are added to the outgoing message for you. Your customers receive the full product detail directly in their inbox, without your sales team having to gather and attach files for every quote.

How This Module Works in Practice

A new option appears within the Mail Template form view, so you decide which templates should carry product attachments, and you can uncheck it on any template where you’d rather not include them. When you then send a Sale Order using an enabled template, the related product documents are attached to the email automatically. A convenient link on the Sale Order form also lets you view the related product documents at a glance, so you always know what will be sent.
