What is Visit Invoice Management?
Visit invoice management is about turning the visits your team records into billed, tracked revenue. This module extends the Visit Management app so that each visit carries its own invoicing status: an ‘invoiceable’ checkbox marks whether a visit should be charged, the record shows whether it has already been invoiced, and you can see the details of the related invoice at a glance. In short, it connects the visit you performed to the invoice the client receives – and keeps the two in sync so you always know where each visit stands.

When visits and invoices live separately, it’s easy to lose track of which visits have been billed and which haven’t – leading to missed charges, double billing, and time wasted cross-checking. On a visit, you tick the invoiceable checkbox to flag it for billing, then choose ‘Create Invoice’ from the action dropdown. A wizard lets you pick exactly which details to include, and the invoice is generated accordingly, with the visit’s status updated so you can always see it has been billed. In the list view, invoiceable records appear in a distinct colour so nothing gets overlooked, and when you have several visits to bill, you simply select them and generate multiple invoices in one go – the module creates the right invoices for the selected records.
