What Does This Module Do?
This module adds barcode scanning to the Sale Order form in Odoo. Instead of searching for a product and adding it manually, you scan its barcode right in the form view and a new order line appears automatically. When you scan a barcode, the module first looks for a matching product barcode, and if it doesn’t find one, it checks the internal reference – so either identifier works. Scan the same product again and, rather than creating a duplicate line, it simply increases that product’s quantity by one. It turns building a sale order into a quick series of scans.
