Website Helpdesk Support & Ticket Management

For happy customer base after perfect sales every business needs a support team and related management flow. In this module we have added an option to allow to manage full support flow from ticket creation to invoicing.

Helpdesk Management Main Features.

  • New menu
  • Users can create Ticket from website
  • Helpdesk managers can allocate tickets to resposible team and user.
  • Users can set state of ticket by drag and drop in kanban
  • Users can log their timesheet using button click
  • Management team can invoice based on type of ticket
  • Users can view status of their tickets from portal view
  • Automated notification mail option. Can be configuread as per wish
  • User and manager roles with related record rules and accessrights

Dashboard:

Ticket form view.
Ticket Kanban View.
There is List, Search, Calendar and Pivot view is also available.
Start Stop buttons are available for automated timesheet entry in kanban and form views.
Each ticket will have Unique Seq Number, Tags, Timesheet, and all other related required information.
Helpdesk Ticket Invoice Policy. There can be four option for ticket invoicing.
1> No invoicing
2> Normal Invoicing (Based on Configuration)
3> Fix Invoicing forgiven amount
4> Based on timesheet Hours
There is separate menu given for timesheets to invoice so account users can invoice tickets easily.

Helpdesk By AlmightyCS

Tag, Category, Team and Stage menus are there for easy configurations.

When ticket gets created or moves between stages automated mail will get fired based on configuration.

There are proper User role and related record rules.

Other configurations in Odoo
